Hello, Frank here.

It was over five years ago, I believe, when I came across a headline like this in an online news article.

ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Personally, I don’t think I have it—but I do remember struggling to sit still in school.

Interestingly, many people who are considered “geniuses” in the business world seem to suspect they might have ADHD.

Think about it: asking a young boy to stay seated in a chair when all he wants to do is move and play—how “normal” is that, really?

Labeling every deviation from the norm as a “disorder” seems problematic. Is the naming of disorders just a way for the medical industry to make money?

I believe this: the world is better when it embraces all kinds of minds. There’s nothing wrong with being different.
