Hello, this is Frank.
As summer fades and autumn approaches, there’s something I always remember.
It was around this time three years ago when I unexpectedly received an Amazon gift card from an FX broker I had been trading with at the time.
Yes—this was the same broker where I once achieved a 100% win rate and total profit of 1,253.7 pips, which I mentioned in a previous post.
While the gift probably wasn’t directly tied to that performance, it still felt great to turn my learning into something tangible—monetization at its best.
I had wanted to continue trading with that broker a bit longer, but when they started assigning negative swap points while other firms offered zero or even positive rates, I immediately pulled out.
Was the gift card a client retention strategy? Maybe. 😄
But when it comes to long-term trading, factors like swap points and aftercare support only become visible over time. That’s why it’s wise to spread your risk across multiple FX brokers instead of depositing everything into one.
― Not trading is also a form of trading.
Right now, I’m not looking to enter the market. But when I do decide to return to trading, I’ll make sure to let you know on social media.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
FX trading should only be done with funds you can afford to lose. Putting in your last savings can lead to serious consequences. Overleveraging can cause major losses, so trade responsibly.
The strategy mentioned here—earning profits without using stop-losses—is not recommended for everyone. There are situations where cutting losses is absolutely necessary. Always trade at your own risk.
