Stretching can help you relax, but adding a little excitement—like exploring an unfamiliar town or going for a nighttime run with a friend—keeps your senses alert. Choose places with people around and a touch of nature.

Capoeira, jump rope, squats, or sprinting up and down stairs—none are dangerous, but all can sharpen your sense of thrill. Bring small “unknown adventures” into your everyday life.

Run like a wildcat through the forest at night—at least in your mind.
