Hey there, it’s Frank.
Back when I was a trader, I took a trip to the UK. Honestly, compared to my experiences in places like Latin America or Africa, it didn’t leave much of an impression on me.
If I had to pick something memorable, it’d be the food. One evening, a client invited me to dinner and treated me to a feast. But when dessert was served, it was so sweet that I couldn’t believe it. Was it just pure sugar?! I felt a bit rude, but on the way home, I ended up with a headache.
I’m not sure if it was just that client’s household or if that’s typical in the UK, but my taste buds were definitely in for a surprise—I’ll leave it at that.
Aside from the food, though, I really enjoyed the British people and the countryside. Walking through those historic streets is definitely something I’d recommend.
This site is all about sharing travel experiences and recommending cool spots in Europe, especially in the UK. Feel free to drop a comment—your thoughts will go up once the admin gives them the green light.
