【梗概】
Here comes my first short-story e-book from the ‘Slightly Mysterious Anthology.’ It recounts a happy yet painful memory from my college days. ‘I wanna see her,’ I was overwhelmed by a strong desire on that day. The anthology comprises about 931 words, with a reading time of approximately 3 minutes and 43 seconds. I hope you enjoy this bittersweet e-book of my youth as you would a cup of coffee. Look forward to the sequel to this slightly mysterious anthology.

――Dad, it’s pork with ginger today.
On a fall evening, my college-age daughter, who has more recipes, is making me dinner. As I pondered my daughter’s inability to see her boyfriend tonight, I noticed an oil painting of pansies hanging on the kitchen wall.
Anytime I look at it, it’s a curious painting with both warmth and melancholy, with the yellow petals and green leaves collaged together nicely. I thought of letting it go several times, but I still have not been able to get rid of the youth in my heart.
In the spring of my first year at university, I went hiking in Suma Rikyu Park in Kobe with a group of students, the place of which had once been a cottage of the Emperor, with some roses named after the members of Imperial, royal families, and artists.
Since the annual intercollegiate cultural festival used to be held in November every year, the joint spring hike was a yearly event as well.
